Compliance (2012)

An extremely disturbing and claustrophobic thriller set almost entirely within the confines of a fast food restaurant. Based on a true story, it showcases the shocking extent to which a group of employees obeyed authority. The film expertly builds the tension with each scene, leaving in its wake a viewer tearing their hair out in incredulity and horror, as watching the events unfold becomes nearly unbearable. Solid acting and smart filming round out this well-made indie flick.
