Interesting the way you rate and rank Little Women so highly. It is a completely needless adaptation if there has ever been one. I also wanted The Lighthouse to win for Best Cinematography. Shame it did not.

well i guess one’s definition of needless probably goes hand in hand with whether they thought it was good or not! 😛 and i loved it! but yeah definitely on the same page with you re: the lighthouse! was just captivated from the first shot with that one.
